Fabian loves office life
„Even at SAP, I didn’t have such a nice office.“
Fabian loves being in the office – because it’s where he works best. His day starts with a visit to the bakery which is just downstairs – the team gets a 15% discount there. Then he’s ready to go.
He values direct interaction with his colleagues: “Everything works remotely, but creative ideas come about differently when you’re standing together at a whiteboard,” he says. It’s not about big workshops, but short, effective discussions that move the project forward.
He also feels comfortable in the rooms themselves: bright, quiet workspaces and a pleasant atmosphere help him stay focused and work in a structured way.
