j&s-soft provides SAP® consulting with a strong focus on technical expertise and new technologies, such as SAP HANA®, the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), S/4HANA, as well as SAP UI5 and SAP Fiori®. We also develop our own solutions to plug any holes that we uncover during our project work. The enmeshed framework is a great recent example of this. The simple, smart and extremely secure solution guarantees the GDPR-compliant transfer of data to private users. We have now published enmeshed as open-source software for the developer community.
We will be a reliable provider of tailor-made solutions and services for your company. Our clients include DAX and MDAX companies, as well as many medium-sized businesses that put their trust in us as experts in SAP® technology.
We provide advice about the standard solutions, but we are equally creative and professional when it comes to client-specific solutions. Our experienced team will accompany you from the feasibility study right up to the integration of your SAP® solutions and operational support.

Our internal structure is decisive in ensuring that we can do this in the best way possible. We work in small teams with a healthy mix of experienced and younger colleagues, with plenty of room for creative solutions. Our team also plays a key role in shaping the pioneering solutions that we provide to our clients. We are pleased and very proud to count an above-average number of extremely sharp minds amongst our colleagues. We know this, and so do our long-standing clients and SAP. Our colleagues are regularly involved in the development of new SAP products. SAP also utilises products that we have created in-house.
Sustainability
Sustainability counts for us on all levels: We advise our customers sustainably, plan every software architecture under the aspect of future-proof expandability.
We design our employee relationships in such a way that healthy growth is guaranteed for people and the company.
But it is also our declared goal to burden the environment and climate as little as possible: Our building complies with the passive house standard, we use green electricity and host our web applications with a CO2-neutral provider. In the office, we use a built-in water purifier with or without sparkling water, sustainable coffee, tea and organic milk.
We avoid business travel as much as possible. To ensure that everyone in the team can come to us in a CO2-neutral manner, we are conveniently located for public transport and finance a job ticket and/or a JobRad for our employees. In addition, we support the most ecological of all journeys, namely none: With us, home office has always been possible long before Covid and afterwards.

Since 2003, j&s-soft GmbH has been providing tailor-made solutions and services within the SAP® environment to companies looking for expert support. Our membership in the SAP® PartnerEdge programme bears testament to the quality of our SAP® services, as well as the expertise of our teams of developers and consultants. It also confirms the part we have played in the success of SAP®’s customers. SAP® has recognised our successful partnership by welcoming us to the SAP® PartnerEdge programme as an official “SAP Services Partner”.
IA4SP
IA4SP is an independent network and information platform for companies in the SAP environment. It is distinguished by the fact that its members have a direct line of contact to SAP. Together with other members, we can provide feedback on SAP developments and optimisations from our clients’ point of view. IA4SP is the only independent institution for firms within the SAP world.
Member of the BVMW
As a medium-sized company, networking beyond our sector is vital to the success of our business. The BVMW is a politically independent and cross-sectoral interest grouping for medium-sized companies in Germany and is the largest of its kind. The BVMW represents over 30 associations for medium-sized companies with a total of 900,000 members.
Member of the DSAG
The Deutschsprachige SAP-Anwendergruppe e.V. (German-language group for SAP users, DSAG) is one of the most influential user associations in the world. Over 60,000 members from over 3,700 companies contribute to 200 research groups and task forces. We work together to optimise SAP solutions. The research groups develop practical guidelines and contribute to an ever-growing database of knowledge.
OZG-Cluster Bildung
The Online Access Act (OZG) is directed at institutions including schools and universities, as well as further education establishments, and presents them with new challenges. As part of the OZG Education Cluster, j&s-soft GmbH assists universities in planning and implementing their OZG projects in a futureproof way.
