Start your career with us as …

Experienced Professionals

Have you already gained professional experience and are looking for a team of tech enthusiasts with whom you can really dive deep into the subject matter and exchange expert knowledge? Then you are a perfect fit for us!

Your day-to-day work

After a warm welcome and getting to know your contacts as well as our processes, your area of responsibility will be waiting for you. We greatly appreciate it when you contribute your own ideas and suggestions for improvement — fresh eyes often see more. We also expect you to manage your tasks and projects independently rather than waiting for others to assign work to you. With us, you can and should play an active role in shaping things.

Which qualifications can I apply with?

Our team consists of many graduates in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics and Physics. However, a university degree is not a strict requirement. Vocational training in application development or a career change supported by practical experience also offers good entry opportunities with us.

Depending on the role, there are different tasks and requirements, which you can find in the respective job advertisement. Regardless of this, a strong interest in IT and programming is essential. Do you love solving puzzles? Working independently on a task and then discussing the code and different approaches within a team? Do you want to expand your knowledge and develop further? Then you are in the right place with us!

Absolutely not. We have a wide range of personalities, both introverted and extroverted. Depending on the role, there are naturally certain requirements you should be aware of. As part of our consulting services, for example, tasks may include advising clients and conducting workshops. Not really your thing? No problem — then you will focus more on pure software development. Or would you like to step outside your comfort zone? In that case, we will work together on your personal and professional development. What matters to us is that you actively contribute and ask questions if anything is unclear.

A full-time position with us comprises 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. Working hours can be arranged flexibly. For example, we do not have fixed start and end times. However, care should be taken to ensure that coordination meetings within the team or with clients can take place. Part-time positions are also possible, and we will look individually at what working hours are optimal.

Yes, that is not a problem. However, during onboarding and for direct exchange, it is better if you (regularly) visit one of our offices. You will also get to know your colleagues more quickly — and maybe beat them at darts. 😉

As we work exclusively with German-speaking clients, good German language skills are a requirement for permanent employees. Our internal communication is also conducted in German, so strong German skills are an important foundation for collaboration.

If you work a regular five-day week, you are entitled to 30 working days of annual leave per year. As we do not have a company-wide shutdown, you can plan your leave flexibly. The Christmas period is often convenient, as things tend to be quieter with our clients. 24 and 31 December are counted as only half a day of leave each.

Please visit this page to find out more about our extensive range of benefits.

Sustainability is a very important topic for us and is actively embraced by management and the entire team. We are ISO-14001 certified and have a sustainability officer who regularly reviews our processes.

When you start with us, we create an individual onboarding plan to ensure you are well supported from the beginning and feel comfortable. A team member will accompany you and act as your direct contact for all questions and uncertainties. Depending on your area of responsibility and prior knowledge, you will be introduced to your topics, projects and tools so that you can soon carry out your tasks independently.

As part of our people development approach, we have various processes in place to ensure individual growth. In addition to our annual development meetings with your manager, there are career paths with specific development measures to support you along your journey. We also use external providers such as LinkedIn Learning, to which every employee has access. In our SAP business unit, we also provide access to the SAP Learning Hub and invest in annual certifications.

Please do not be put off by the detailed information provided for developers. Apply if the job advertisement matches your profile. The same benefits and working time arrangements apply to you, unless your role requires different on-site attendance requirements.

Entry-Level Professionals

Have you successfully completed your vocational training or degree and would like to finally put your knowledge into practice? Are you keen to learn from other tech enthusiasts and further develop your skills? With us, you will find a team that is passionate about their work, happy to share their knowledge and support you.

Your day-to-day work

After a successful onboarding by us or your direct contact person, you will be involved in your first projects and topics, where you will be independently responsible for your tasks. A high degree of independence is very important to us, as our teams are relatively small and everyone takes on responsibility. However, if you have questions or uncertainties, you can always turn to someone in your team or other contacts within the company.

Students

Would you like to gain practical experience during your studies and find out what you enjoy? With us, you have the opportunity to get to know the role of a software developer as a working student or intern, or to write your final thesis with us. There is also the possibility of staying with us in a permanent position afterwards.

Your day-to-day work

From the very beginning, you will be involved in our projects and will be responsible for your own tasks. This ensures that you are an active member of the team and not “just” a working student, that you gain realistic insights into everyday professional life, and that you can continue to develop. It is important to us that you work independently and ask questions proactively if anything is unclear. Due to our projects and small team size, everyone needs to get involved, which gives you a wide range of exciting and varied tasks.

Are you only looking for Master’s students or also Bachelor’s students?

Both are possible. Ideally, you have completed at least one semester so that you are familiar with the basic theoretical foundations and have an overview of which topics particularly interest you.

Computer Science and Business Informatics are typical for software development, but we also welcome students from various scientific disciplines. Many mathematicians and physicists work with us.

You should of course be enrolled as a full-time student. In addition, a strong interest in IT and programming is particularly important to us. Do you love solving puzzles? Working independently on a task and then discussing the code and different approaches to solutions within a team? Do you want to expand your knowledge and continue developing your skills? Then you are in the right place with us!

Absolutely not. We have a wide range of personalities, both introverted and extroverted. Depending on the role, there are naturally certain requirements you should be aware of. We would be lying if we said that good grades are not important to us. However, you do not need a first-class average to apply. We are also aware that in some degree programmes even a 2:1 average can be very challenging. Ultimately, our decision is not based solely on your grades. Your personality, interests and prior knowledge play a much more important role.

As a working student, you may work a maximum of 20 hours per week during term time, as your main responsibility is your studies. During the semester break, up to 40 hours per week are possible depending on the tasks. Your working hours are flexible and, of course, aligned with your timetable. You will coordinate this with your supervisor and ideally agree on specific working days and times when you are available and working.
As an intern, you will work full-time, 40 hours per week. Here too, you can arrange flexible start times with us, for example whether you begin at 7 a.m. or 9 a.m.

Yes, that is not a problem. However, during your onboarding and for direct exchange, it is better if you (regularly) visit one of our offices. You will also get to know your colleagues more quickly — and maybe beat them at darts. 😉

You can work with us as a working student, complete your (mandatory) internship, or write your final thesis.

This depends on our current projects and workload. Even if we do not have a specific vacancy advertised, you are welcome to apply and we will see what is possible.

As we work exclusively with German-speaking clients, good German language skills are a requirement for permanent employees. Our internal communication is also conducted in German, so strong German skills are an important foundation for collaboration.

Bachelor’s students receive €16 per hour, Master’s students €18 per hour as working students. For mandatory internships, we pay €1,000 per month at Bachelor’s level and €1,200 per month at Master’s level. For final theses, we pay €1,200 or €1,400 per month respectively.

Please do not be put off by the detailed information provided for developers. Apply if the job advertisement matches your profile. The same benefits and working time arrangements apply to you, unless your role requires different on-site presence.
