SAP-Frosch is simple, secure, and cost-effective. Companies with many employees who do not have access to the SAP system often have to rely on costly solutions in order to:

• send employees their payslips and salary statements
• personally deliver important information to employees
• communicate directly with employees, e.g. to update master data

Those days are over: with SAP-Frosch, a solution developed in-house, employees receive their payslips directly on their personal smartphones. From the employee’s perspective, SAP-Frosch is simply an easy-to-use app where their documents are securely stored and readily accessible in compliance with data protection regulations.

Behind it lies a clever solution we have built on enmeshed, our own open-source framework. Via a standard interface, SAP-Frosch is connected to the SAP system. Now payslips and salary statements can be sent to all employees with just one click. Important company information can be sent directly to employees’ personal mobile phones via push notifications. And, if desired, employees can send changes to their master data – which, of course, are reviewed before being transferred into the system.
