Wallet SAP-Frosch

From your SAP system straight to employees without system access

A clever solution: Wallet SAP-Frosch

Wallet SAP-Frosch is simple, secure – and an affordable solution. Companies with a large number of employees who do not have access to the SAP system often rely on expensive solutions to:

  • send payslips to their employees
  • personally deliver important information to employees
  • communicate directly with their employees, e.g. to update master data

Those days are over: with the SAP-Frosch solution – developed in-house – employees receive their payslips directly on their personal smartphones. From the employees’ perspective, SAP-Frosch is a straightforward app where their documents are available in a secure and privacy-compliant manner.

Behind this lies a smart solution we built on our own Open Source framework enmeshed. SAP-Frosch is connected to the SAP system via a standard interface. Payslips can now be sent to all employees with just one click. Important information can be delivered directly to employees’ personal smartphones via push notifications. And if desired, employees can submit changes to their master data – which, of course, will be reviewed before being entered into the system.

Savings compared to postal delivery

Depending on company size, at least 30% in the first year and up to 80% in the second year.

Another advantage: Thanks to the standardised SAP integration, project implementation can be completed within six weeks.
