Our roots lie in the SAP environment, with a focus on Human Capital Management (HCM) – PA, OM, PT and PY are part of our daily vocabulary. But that’s by no means all! Our approach: know every new SAP technology, test it ourselves, and decide whether and how we will recommend it to our customers.
Divided into the areas SAP Technology, Business Processes & Data, and Cloud Technologies, our team focuses on specific topics, allowing everyone to apply their expertise and interests in the best possible way. This means we cover both the classic SAP world with ABAP and modern technologies such as UI5, RAP and CAP, as well as the SAP Business Technology Platform and its wide range of services.
Depending on the client and the scope of the project, tasks range from requirements workshops and customising to the development of complex interfaces with systems outside SAP. Depending on the project, a team member may take on the project lead or be part of a larger project team. But in general, there are always sparring partners and strong subject-matter support within the team.
For efficient collaboration, we rely on agile methods, clear processes and modern project management tools. We ensure the quality of our results through structured reviews and continuous exchange.
Business Unit Wallets
We’re especially proud of our own products! Our open-source solution enmeshed is the heart of our Wallets department, which has been developing it since 2019. The wallet based on enmeshed is already being successfully used in the Mein Bildungsraum project, where educational certificates and data are transferred and stored. To drive digitalisation in Germany forward, we have been – and continue to be – active with our development in several large-scale projects and pilot phases involving various public authorities.
In this very new and dynamic market environment, new requirements are constantly being introduced – by EU regulations, the federal government, or private organisations – making the work highly varied. New challenges and continuous knowledge building offer plenty of development opportunities and flexibility for everyone in the team. At the same time, the results we help create are socially and environmentally meaningful. How cool is it when your own ideas and code contribute to open standards and you become an integral part of Europe’s major digitalisation and sovereignty initiatives?
Since enmeshed offers an incredible range of use cases, we’re constantly implementing new features and customer-specific requirements. From social benefit passes, insurance and damage claims, to hunting licence applications – these are just a few examples reflecting enmeshed’s potential.
Work in this team is defined by independently tackling tasks that are jointly designed, distributed and documented via JIRA. As we deal with extremely sensitive data, clean code and review processes are crucial for quality assurance. In addition to development work, our UX designers ensure user-friendly and modern design, while the demo team creates visual material to showcase features.

Business Unit Artificial Intelligence
For our AI unit, artificial intelligence is more than just a buzzword. As a future-oriented company, we’ve been working hands-on with modern innovations in deep learning since 2019 to build expertise and stay up to date. We contribute this knowledge to research projects and continue expanding our customer portfolio. Our team specialises in natural language processing (NLP) and also applies this expertise internally across departments – to further develop our enmeshed app and automate our own processes.
Since the AI field evolves daily and is in constant flux, we love quickly evaluating new concepts. This requires a high level of focus and cross-disciplinary IT competence to independently and efficiently understand issues, separate fact from fiction, and present the key ideas in a technical prototype.
The foundation of our collaboration is conceptual understanding and precise communication. What matters most to us is clear thinking, structured problem-solving, and the ability to grasp core ideas – not necessarily which specific frameworks and libraries someone already knows and uses. Tools can always be learned.
