Occupational pension scheme

We support your retirement planning with €2,000 per year. After a consultation with our external advisor, you can decide how to invest it – for example, in ETFs.

A laptop is, of course, standard. But depending on your role and preferences, you can choose screen size, operating system and more.

If you work from one of our offices, we’ll take care of your lunch. Enjoy a meal worth up to €13 per day while only paying €4.57 (to avoid taxable benefits). Depending on the location, various fresh meal options are available nearby.

You can buy shares in our employee-owned company, which holds 10% of js-soft. You’ll benefit directly from profit distributions and increases in company value. The best part: there’s no risk of loss. If you leave the company, you’ll get back at least the amount you invested.

The obligatory “fruit basket”? We just call it fruit – and of course, it’s always there! You’ll also find free water, hot drinks and soft drinks. And in the summer, you can cool off with ice cream from our freezer.

Enjoy maximum flexibility with up to 100% remote work. We don’t have mandatory office days – though you’re always welcome to drop by.

On the Move 

Job ticket

As part of our sustainability commitment, we encourage all employees to use public transport. That’s why you’ll only pay €9.05 per month for the Deutschlandticket as a job ticket.

Not into cars or public transport? Then our bike leasing scheme might be just the thing for you.

Our flexible car scheme allows you to lease a vehicle regardless of your job title. We cover €250 of the leasing rate, plus fuel or charging costs, insurance, and maintenance. Private use is of course included.
