An interactive three-day workshop in which we work together to identify and prioritise your business challenges and derive suitable AI-powered automation and assistance solutions.

What does the workshop include?

  • Introductory seminar with live demos presenting relevant AI technologies for business process automation (agent-based systems, structured information extraction, RAG-based chatbots) 
  • Joint identification of key pain points in manual processes within selected departments (e.g. customer service, procurement, accounting) 
  • Moderated brainstorming to formulate concrete use cases, incorporating the technologies presented 
  • Prioritisation of use cases based on effort–benefit ratio, and roadmap planning for specific Minimum Viable Products (MVPs = prototypes) 
  • Preparation and handover of all workshop results, including identified use cases, MVP ideas, and the roadmap 

By the end of the workshop you will receive:
