An interactive three-day workshop in which we work together to identify and prioritise your business challenges and derive suitable AI-powered automation and assistance solutions.
What does the workshop include?
- Introductory seminar with live demos presenting relevant AI technologies for business process automation (agent-based systems, structured information extraction, RAG-based chatbots)
- Joint identification of key pain points in manual processes within selected departments (e.g. customer service, procurement, accounting)
- Moderated brainstorming to formulate concrete use cases, incorporating the technologies presented
- Prioritisation of use cases based on effort–benefit ratio, and roadmap planning for specific Minimum Viable Products (MVPs = prototypes)
- Preparation and handover of all workshop results, including identified use cases, MVP ideas, and the roadmap
By the end of the workshop you will receive:
- Seminar slides with live demo scenarios
- Documented overview of processes requiring improvement and identified pain points
- List of prioritised use cases with benefit and feasibility assessment
- High-level pilot roadmap with effort estimates for MVPs
- Workshop summary with clear next steps and responsibilities
