Pilot Sprint RAG Assistant
Development of a fully functional Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) assistant in under 10 days – from analysing document sources through implementing a prototype RAG pipeline to testing with business users and delivering all technical documentation, including a roll-out plan.
What does the workshop include?
- Analysing document sources (formats, quality, access rights)
- Creating application-specific reference questions with answers (approx. 25–50)
- Prototyping the RAG system: integrating data sources, developing the application
- Live demo and usability testing with business users
- Iterative improvements and adjustments based on user feedback
- Handover of the PoC (technical documentation, architecture diagrams, deployment template, next-steps plan for the MVP)
By the end of the workshop you will receive:
- Prototype RAG assistant with integrated knowledge store
- Set of customer-specific reference questions and evaluation report
